Grundfos SMART Dosing – DDA / DDC / DDE
SMART Digital Dosing Pumps are designed to safely dose even trace amounts with precision. By not overdosing and wasting chemicals, SMART pumps create a cost-effective and efficient system that protects your final product. Grundfos’ gentle yet powerful stepper motor provides continuous operation, promising a longer life by eliminating frequent, stressful starts and stops that can cause corrosion.
The SMART DDA, DDC, and DDE models offer powerful variable speed stepper motors that out-perform traditional technology.
Skidded Dosing Systems – DSS
Engineers and system operators rely on Duff Co. to help calculate operating and maintenance costs during the planning phase. We ensure a complete sequence of chemical processes in water technology: disinfection, flocculation, pH correction and water conditioning.
The Grundfos DSS Dosing Skid System’s pre-engineered floor or panel system offers integrated controls and up to three pump configurations to meter liquid chemicals for a variety of water supply / treatment systems, ideal for industrial and manufacturing applications.
Custom ETO Dosing Skid Systems are also available. If you require a uniquely engineered solution, a custom DSS system can be construction in nearly any configuration with any Grundfos dosing pump.
Digital Dosing – DME
Grundfos DME Dosing Pumps combine user-friendly features with precision operation for large dosing quantities. The DME system offers all the benefits of smaller digital dosing systems, making accurate dosing on a large scale easier than ever for water supply, wastewater, and water treatment applications.
Digital Instrumentation – DID
The Grundfos by s::can DID systems combine state-of-the-art digital sensor technology and PID controlling of dosing and disinfection processes. The systems are designed to perfectly match Grundfos dosing pumps, gas dosing systems, and systems for the generation and dosing of chlorine dioxide and hypochlorite. The Fieldbus-based communication with both controller and sensors makes the systems easy to install and with pre-assembled and pre-calibrated configurations, they are extremely easy to set up.
Available as compact systems with bypass flow cell or as kits for applications with tank-immersed sensors.
