Stenner metering pumps are available in a wide variety of configurations for nearly every application. Stenner’s Classic Series electromechanical peristaltic pumps are available in single- and double-head configurations. Both pumps are available adjustable or fixed.

The Classic Series electromechanical peristaltic metering pumps

Stenner Single Head Adjustable Output Pump

The Single Head Adjustable Output Metering Pump is ideal for treating problem water by injecting solutions for pH control, to oxidize iron, manganese or hydrogen sulfide for filtration removal. This Stenner Metering Pump can help prevent Legionella in water conditioning applications, industrial processes, wastewater and water treatment, and in cooling towers and irrigation. It can be used for disinfection, pH control, corrosion control, scale control, and oxidation. This single head adjustable output pump is ideal for horticultural use, in the metal finishing industry, and for commercial pool use for equipment maintenance and swimming water sanitizing.

Stenner Single Head Fixed Output Metering Pump

The Classic Series Single Head Fixed Pump injects solution at a fixed rate. It controls pH, oxidation, corrosion and scale, and in proportional dosing applications, it can disinfect drinking water. It can also sanitize swimming pool water in conjunction with a controller, as it conforms with ANSI/NSF standard 50 when used with ANSI/NSF 50 listed controllers.

Stenner Double Head Adjustable Output Pump

The Classic Series Double Head Adjustable Pump is similar in build to the single head adjustable pump, with the addition of a second pump head which doubles output. The pump can inject two compatible solutions at the same ratio with solutions such as polyphosphates, acid, sodium hypochlorite, and biocides for applications such as disinfection, pH control, corrosion and scale control, sanitation, and oxidation. As such, they are ideal for commercial pool and aquatic facilities and municipal wastewater and water treatment plants because they provide twice the output.

The Classic Series Double Head Fixed Pump can inject two compatible liquids at the same ratio. This pump is commonly used on large commercial swimming pools, wastewater and water treatment plants. It runs at a 100% fixed flow rate output and can be installed to an ORP type controller to manage output.

Stenner Econ FP Pump

The Stenner Econ FP Pump is a compact flow activated peristaltic pump designed for light duty applications. It is ideally suited for the disinfection of drinking water or adjusting the pH in residential or farm private water wells, and is commonly used animal health applications such as poultry hatcheries.

The wall-mountable, enclosed housing carries cULus for indoor and outdoor use. In outdoor and wet environments, the pump must be mounted vertically. Mounting accessories are also available.

There are three operating modes accessible through the control panel: Seconds, Flow Switch, and Auxiliary and their optional percentage settings. To prevent tampering, the six-button, backlit LCD window requires two button operation and locks after 60-seconds of idle time.

The pump operates at 30 gpd, 25 psi, at a set time or speed, and is activated by dry contact signal or 12-24 VAC/VDC signal. It is flow activated from a water meter, control valve, flow switch, or from any other control equipment that can respond to flow. The Econ FP can inject solutions into water or disinfect water lines with acids, chlorine dioxide, or chlorine.

Advantages:

  • No contact between solution and moving parts
  • No valves required, allowing for easy maintenance
  • No foot valve required. Self-priming against max working pressure.
  • No lose prime or vapor lock
  • It pumps off-gassing solutions and can run dry
  • Back pressure not affected by output volume.
