Our website now features an online ordering form. This means customers can enter their order right on our website. This works just as well on a mobile device as on a desktop. Please check out the form (which is available in the “Resources” tab off of any page on www.duffco.com).

After the customer clicks “submit” it’s sent directly to our order entry department. Please feel free to try it–and if you just want to test out before placing an actual order, just enter “TEST” when prompted for Company Name to avoid any confusion.

The whole idea is to make it easier for customers to place orders with us. As such, I’d appreciate any suggestions to help improve this form.

Well, the all-new duffco.com has been up for a few weeks now (officially, we launched Monday, the 25th). Since that time we’ve had some terrific feedback on the website. At its heart, this is a place for customers and potential customers to learn about who we are, what we offer, and how to get in touch with us. If you have any suggestions, we want to hear.

While we offer a vast inventory and a wide range of products, alongside the best customer service in the business, what’s most critical to our company’s success is our employees. As you can see in the below picture, we were open last Saturday during the blizzard that dumped more than 30 inches (!) of snow, demonstrating our commitment to our customers. The picture below was taken about 7 a.m. on Saturday the 23rd, which was only halfway into the snowfall. This goes to show: We truly do have the best, and most dedicated, staff in the business.

Having said this, let me keep in focus the purpose of this website. It’s for you, the customer and prospective customer. With that in mind, I encourage you to let me know of any suggestions, comments or questions about this website.

If you have any submissions for our Parts Guru (including any personal success stories with the Parts Guru), ideas for this section of our website on specials & announcements, or other general feedback, we’d love to hear.

This is our first major revamp of our website in a good, long time. I hope you like it. The purpose of duffco.com is to give you an idea about who we are, what we do, and the products we sell. I hope we’ve been successful in that regard. In case it’s not clear elsewhere, I’d like to emphasize what we see as our place in the supply chain. In particular, we view our job as making your job easier–and we take that role seriously. Whether it’s plumbing, pumps or water treatment, we’re here for you.

Our motto is, “When you need it now, or don’t know how.” This means, first of all, we pride ourselves on our vast inventory–from pumps and spare parts to plumbing, pipe, valves and fittings, to every water treatment component–because we know how important it is that you have material when you need it. What sets us apart more than anything, however, is our unparalleled commitment to service and customer support. If you need help or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Day in and day out, we help our customers size pumps, trouble-shoot equipment, identify replacement parts or substitutes, and save time and money with practical solutions.  Our customers like to say,”Duff Differs“, and these are the reasons why.
